Originally from Georgia, graduating from one of the TOP accredited massage schools in the country, earning over 5 certificates, and additional continued education over her 15 years of practicing. Carmen began her career on the sunny shores of Destin FL. Extremely motivated at an early age to explore and see more! Being drawn to small towns, nature, and the outdoors, she took a leap of faith. She moved to Colorado after enjoying the beach life a bit, working in multiple resorts including the St. Regis Bel Harbor, Four Seasons Vail, and the Westin Riverfront to name a few. Her experience deepened and her desire to open her own business grew. Quickly realizing the most important things in life are creating your own balance, and focusing on the things that matter most, after becoming a mother to her firstborn son in 2019, she was deeply driven to open her own practice, and more importantly, to find her way. In September of 2023, she had her second son, and said "Being a mom of two wild and crazy boys is definitely the first greatest thing that ever happened to me and of course the second is GLO!" Starting her own business gave her growth opportunities, expansion opportunities, and a sense of freedom to do everything she loves, which is to create and open a unique spa EXPERIENCE that one will never forget! 

Helping heal others is her passion, and what she explains to be her calling in life.
